User Journey

Registeration:

The user begins the journey by accessing the platform and selecting the registration option.Users choose whether they are nationals or foreigners, which dictates the type of identification required (ID card or passport).They enter their personal information, including name, nationality, gender, and date of birth.

The platform prompts users to provide a valid mobile number for verification.

Mobile Verification:

The user receives a One-Time Password (OTP) on their mobile device, which they enter into the platform to verify their identity. After successful verification, they proceed to the next step.

Application Submission:

Users submit a request for either driver license issuance or vehicle registration by completing the required forms. Documents are uploaded as needed, and the user confirms the accuracy of their submission. Real-time status updates are provided throughout the process, giving the user visibility into their request's progress.
